Breakfast Tacos with Sriracha Tuna Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoons Butter
- 6 Eggs (whisked)
- 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning (plus more for garnish)
- 4 Corn Tortillas (small, warmed)
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 Avocado (medium, sliced)
- 2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1 oz sriracha tuna bites
Instructions:
- Heat a Skillet: over medium heat and melt the butter in it.
- Add Eggs: Once the butter is melted, add the whisked eggs to the skillet.
- Season: Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the eggs and scramble them until they're cooked to your desired consistency.
- Warm Tortillas: While the eggs are cooking, warm the corn tortillas either on the skillet or in the microwave.
- Divide: Once the eggs are cooked, divide them evenly among the warmed tortillas.
- Add Toppings: Top each taco with crumbled feta cheese, sliced avocado, chopped green onion, hot sauce, and torn pieces of tuna bites.
- Garnish: the tacos with additional everything bagel seasoning if desired.
- Serve: immediately and enjoy your breakfast tacos with tuna bites!
